What does this mean? 

We have 2 positions open for Direct Supervision (fill out application below) with 2 of our appraisers in the Los Angeles area and we have 2 Contracts (separate from the positions) available to Guarantee a Supervisor for the entire 2,000 hours. 

As you may know Supervisors can only have 3 trainees at a time.  This along with the slowdown in the market has made it very difficult for trainees to find Supervisors who will sign for the duration of their 2,000 hours.  So to help with this, we have been securing contracts for trainees so that they have a Guaranteed Signer for the duration of their 2,000 hours. 

Who is this for?

We are looking for individuals who want to become Fully Licensed Successful Appraisers.  We are looking for individuals who want to eventually have their own appraisal business.  We realize that once you accrue all 2,000 hours, you will more than likely go on your own and work for yourself.  That is fine and is actually encouraged since that is reality.  Our entire outlook revolves around giving you the resources and knowledge so that you can become self-sufficient and successful as a real estate appraiser. 

We want only serious individuals.  Experience is not necessary as we will train you.  You must be able to do the job with competence and knowledge before you can start appraising.  That means you must know how to Value Check correctly, do the SFR, Condo, and 2-4 Unit reports from Start to Finish on Your Own.  You must know how to inspect properly and talk to your clients.  This is important not only to protect the integrity of your License and your Supervisor's License but also for your future business.
